For Week 5 of the college football season, we are heading to Austin, Texas as Texas hosts Kansas in an early conference top-25 clash. Texas comes into this one ranked No. 3 in the nation with a 4-0 record coming off a 38-6 win over Baylor. They are led by Heisman Trophy candidate Quinn Ewers, who has thrown for over 1,000 yards and 9 touchdowns this year. Kansas comes to Austin with a 4-0 record as well, ranked for the 1st time this season at No. 24 coming off a 38-27 win over BYU. They are led by all-everything quarterback Jalon Daniels, who after missing week 1 with an injury, has thrown for over 700 yards and 5 touchdowns.

My feeling is we should get a shootout here on Saturday afternoon. Both teams have 2 of the top scoring offenses in the country, Kansas at 38 points per game which is in the top 30 and Texas at 35 points per game which is in the top 40. The 3 previous matchups between both teams have averaged a whopping 93.3 points. These will also be the best offenses/quarterbacks each team has faced this season.
